Mr. Monir Hossain ACCA is the Managing director of BDCON'S Professional services limited. He is the developer of the Redbook ERP, a general purpose ERP which is used in almost all business sectors in Bangladesh and in some other countries including Middle East.

He is a specialist in accounting software/ERP implementation in small and medium sized organizations having experience on SAP, Redbook, Tally, QuickBooks etc implementation in many organizations. He is enthusiastic in developing IT product to ease people’s life in business. He is the key player of the web based ERP Redbook, e-commerce based accounting and inventory package Redcom and a task, meeting and project management application RedForce.

Monir Hossain conducts training on Practical Accounting ,Advanced Excel, Financial Modeling, Redbook, etc. He is an official trainer with ICMAB,ACCA and aligned with many CA firms and corporates for the same.

He is also a professional writer in the field of IT and Accounting. The following are his books : Practical Accounting Tally and Professional Accounting Professional Excel, Basic and Advanced Level Computer Fundamental and MS Office .

Mr. Arpan Chandra Sarker is a qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and first Bangladeshi Alumni from PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia. He joined in the organization in August 2021 as a partner in consulting division of the organization.

He has significant experience in assurance, advisory and due diligence. He has extensive experience in US SOX audit and compliance and great exposures in diversified industries like Development and NGO, Technology, Manufacturing and FMCG, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. He also represented Bangladesh in international stage by winning PwC Inaugural Trust building award 2017.

His major clients included Redcross, UN, Google, Samsung, Intel and UNICEF etc.

Mr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan ACCA is an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds MBA degree in Finance and BBA degree also in Finance. He has also achieved several role-relevant certification, trainings and workshops including; Financial Modeling, ICCAP, Leadership skills, Tax Management, VAT, Reporting and Analysis, Power BI, ICT and so on. Mr. Hasan has solid finance and accounting background with 12 years of experience in different sector including banking sector, taking of various senior position. Currently, he is working in a reputed multinational organization as Financial Controller. Before working in the current position, he worked with Flaxen Group as Group Chief Financial Officer. Before working in Flaxen Group, he worked in AB Group as Group CFO. Mr. Hasan also worked in Prime Bank Limited, one of the leading commercial banks in Bangladesh, as Assistant Manager in Financial Administration Division. He has the expertise on budgetary control, Improve the information quality, Cost optimization, business process reengineering, value for money procurement, Monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of control systems.

Mr. Hasan started his career as Lecturer in Chartered University College and he taught different subjects of CAT, FIA and ACCA.
